What happens to your inputs
Core calculator values, guided search queries and decision notes are processed in your browser. No bank, government identity or account login is requested. No generative AI service receives them. Optional page measurement is described below.
Optional device storage
Choosing Save on this device stores the entered plan in this browser’s local storage. This is not encrypted or synced to another device. Other people using the browser profile may read it; browser cleanup can remove it. You can export a private JSON backup, restore one or delete named plans through My Plans. Exported files are separate copies and are not deleted when browser data is deleted.
Hosting and ordinary requests
Cloudflare delivers public pages and processes ordinary request information such as IP address and browser/request metadata under its own practices. This is different from transmitting calculator inputs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Contact
Emails to contact@cognivo.com.au are forwarded through Cloudflare to a Google-hosted mailbox. Email content and sender details are then processed by those services and may be retained for handling the request. Do not send identity documents, financial account numbers or sensitive records.
Optional Google Analytics
We measure fixed action labels such as a successful plan save, calculation request or public-link copy. We do not include the figures, plan name or notes in those events. Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics receives a page address without query strings or fragments, page title, basic engagement and ordinary browser/network metadata. Calculator values, raw search questions, private saved plans and form fields are excluded. Enhanced form and site-search measurement are disabled. My Plans is excluded from measurement. Google Tag Manager delivers these configured measurement tags. Advertising storage and personalisation remain denied. You can decline without losing access to tools and change your choice through Analytics choices in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops collection on reload and removes first-party Analytics cookies where this site can access them. Google may process data internationally under its privacy policy. These controls do not erase data already processed by Google.
Google AdSense
A static publisher verification tag and ads.txt file identify the owner’s AdSense account. No ad-serving script is enabled in this release. If ads or AI are enabled later, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated before those services begin collecting visitor data.
Future AI
Connected model explanations are not configured. Any future request must explain the actual provider, purpose and data handling before a person chooses to send a redacted question. We do not make a claim about an unconfigured provider’s retention or model training.
